This is a truly great country pub and restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic and the high level of attentive customer service and genuinely warm welcome we received made our visit extra special. The owner Ben, the manager Jess and the team clearly take real pride in looking after their customers which in these times was a real treat. Absolutely love this place - can't recommend highly enough - a DEINITE must go !

Absolutely delicious meal and a warm cosy atmosphere. We had Jess & Jamie to wait on us who were very friendly and attentive. All steps were in order from a covid point of view. The value for money was very good indeed and the produce top quality. Our first time here, and will not be our last.
Outstanding Sunday lunch, the best I've ever eaten. Everything cooked to perfection. Good size portions, tender meat, full of flavour with quality ingredients and excellent value for the 3 courses, you can't ask for more than that, it's a shame I live so far away, but I will definitely return again when in the area. Highly recommended.
