Horrific. Will do everything in their power to not fix a problem. It's such a shame when there are so many fantastic NHS workers out there, that do everything they can to help - and this place really couldn't care less. If they can find a way to fob you off, they will. Health care without the care.

First rate have looked after me with compaction
Practice shuts at 6.30pm. Suddenly had cause to speak to doctor at 6.15. Phoned up and was NUMBER 28 in a queue, which I find hard to believe. I've not experienced that with a bank/insurance company etc. ever !
I have few times bad feel. I got need more English if you live here. But my English no to bad. Next if you coming need book double time to brief out you problem and nicely try to get out and medicine to need to use pharmacy didn't get called again and still not get. Best to use Google and you made own diagnosis. I don't know is right way but I feel something missing. Respect? Care?
We have a local holiday let booked for the next few months, as we are between houses. We needed to see a GP so went to Lakes Medical based on reviews and location. When we spoke to the lady at reception, she said there is nothing they can do and to \go home if your sick\. She said to walk next door to Birbeck and try them. We went to Birbeck and they were more than helpful in registering us and booking an appointment.
Once again thanks for the wonderful service offered and carried out by the team at the Lakes Practice. Particularly to Dr Sam Solomon for his rapid and expert assessment of me whilst undergoing a cardiac trauma last Friday afternoon ( 22/6/18 ). I cant thank him enough. Andrew Fraser
The service I received on every occasion I have had to see a doctor has been second to none. Today was totally exceptional. Thanks to the team at Lakes medical centre Penrith.
Ive been with this practice for a while now and i think they are fantastic. They are very friendly and very efficient, this includes all medical personnel that ive seen and reception staff. Appointment times are normally kept very well so youre not waiting around for a long time and the doctors actually care about you as a patient. Happy to be with this practice, also cant praise dr solomon highly enough.
