Amazing service, swift responses to emails. I was bought a necklace for Christmas but the chain was too short. After several emails regarding options, I dropped the necklace off to allow them to see what could be done. After a few days I received the necklace through the post with the chain extended to be perfect when worn. They have done this free of charge and without hassle. Can't praise them high enough. Just proves during these difficult times, SHOP LOCAL. IT'S WORTH IT.
