Had a less straightforward issue. Vodafone PAYG SIM with data add-on used in a MiFi router; suddenly stopped working. Luckily expert at the shop checked SIM & the account; looked at MiFi SIM settings (APN); spotted the issue - fixed. Excellent service - thanks

Thank you so much to the manager, Hannah for her help today and particularly for delaying your lunch break to help me. It was reassuring to be able to visit the store for essential help arranging a tracker for an elderly relative along with some tech issues and I only had a short wait. Unfortunately I can't say the same for every shop but thank you for adhering to social distancing etc during this pandemic and enabling customers to feel comfortable in your store. Im unsure of the other staff members name but the store seemed to consist of a good team of people who listened to their manager. Thank you and next time I will know to bring my dog to your friendly store.
All really lovely staff members so friendly and helpful, especially Hannah the manager. SHe helped me find an amazing deal on my upgrade. Would recommend Vodafone to anyone!
