Went into Penrith store to collect my online parcel today. Was asked what I had ordered? Then my (opened) parcel was looked through and checked? Before I received it. I asked why, was told it had to be checked. Can just see M & S, Argos,Boots carrying out this check in a busy store - not!

Massively overpriced and half the staff do not seem interested, I'm not sure how it still survives on the high street. Anything more than magazines or newspapers bought in this shop you are paying over the odds
