We rented the motorhome for a week around Easter 2016, and had a great time touring the north of England! The kids loved it, and the Hymermobil was superb! Very retro but had everything we needed! The owner was hugely helpful and a really nice guy. No issues recommending this holiday to anyone!!

Had an amazing week holiday there over the holiday. I have had 5 different yurt holidays over the years, and can easily say this was the best one by a long way. The yurt was hand crafted, so everything blended in well in a quiet wood just a stones throw from the lake. There is a lot to do locally for both familes and friends, but we all were excited to get back to the yurt to enjoy a warm and relaxing afternoon / evening. We did a lot of watersports / outdoor activities and so to come back to a wood burner where our clothes dried within hours was amazing and I do wonder how people coped without this necessary luxury! Or maybee we are just soft! In other holidays usually the showers / toilets are a big disappointment, but not here. Almost up to european continental standards - certainly not the usual UK camping experience. Anyway, I dont write many reviews but I felt the effort Alex and Don had put in to make our stay so special meant that the least I could do is feedback my experience. A hidden gem, if you can get a booking that is... I am already getting mine in for next year!
Great fun for the family. I wish our wood stove closed all the way but still had a good time.
