This is such an amazing place. So impressed with ethos, facilities for the animals and the way they are cared for. Cafe serves lovely modest food and lovely drinks but slow if you're in a hurry (we didn't mind at all). Very much about this being a sanctuary not an amusement park, which is lovely and refreshing to see. Makes a good, educational afternoon out with or without kids, all donkeys really friendly and love being petted. Much respect to the wonderful people running this place.

A fabulous little place! Filled with love and donkeys - they run solely on donations so worth coming armed with cash as it's so worth it!

My parents had low expectations before we got there but well let's just say they were blown away. From animals being neglected to now, the donkeys and horses looks so happy and are well looked after. The place itself has a nice little cafe with comfy seats and many options of food, the gift shop has many cool things and what else is good is that they don't seem to keep annoying you about adopting a donkey. -Good animals -Staff who like what they are doing -Good food -Good souvenir opportunities Here are some pictures I took and a two wolfs burnt into wood I got from the gift shop.

This is a wonderful place to go. It is free to enter and look around and offers a small shop for gifts but they are deeply grateful for and donations given to help them continue their work. There is also free parking but check the sites opening times on their website before visiting.
