Really nice cozy room that we had our garden club meeting at. Good size without feeling overly big, the round tables allowed people to communicate well. Nice little venue!

Asbury Place at Cokesbury is a multipurpose event center with a full functioning kitchen. We are almost 7,000 sq ft. of heated and cooled area inside with a 330 sq. ft covered porch with two handicap access ramps. Our AV capabilities include an internal speaker system, projector and screen, as well as a podium with a microphone. The interior includes a large dining room with a gas lit fireplace and two rooms off the side of the main dining room for additional guest. The main dining room can seat 84 people comfortably at 12 round tables. The side rooms can seat an additional 48 people. Food service capabilities include a nice mirrored desert bar, and coffee or beverage bar, fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, grill and convection ovens. We have a commercial dish washer, but you must have a staff member present to use. More food preparation area is in back with the walk-in refrigerator. Water glasses, silverware, plates, and bowls are available. Ice is available via a well stocked machine on site. Our parking lot will accommodate over 80 vehicles including 3 handicap spaces.

A great place to hold a meeting! They have a full commercial kitchen, so it would be a nice place for a small to medium size wedding reception. (It used to be a restaurant.) The staff is helpful and friendly, too!
