Office staff here are friendly, helpful and very professional. The office is clean and neat and they practice good Covid protocols. My family has been seen by Dr. Andrews for many years. He is that one of a kind professional that goes the extra step to insure the eyes are healthy and routinely evaluated. Testing appears thorough, top of the line, and well documented. He is friendly and professional and always keeps us informed of any eye changes. The only place to go.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! They gave me great advice on glasses and for a great price too. They had a good selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. Their office is very clean and they make sure there are limited guests inside. Highly recommend this place for optical needs!
The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. They're making sure they keep everyone safe during COVID-19, which I appreciate. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, you will be hard pressed to find a doctor (or staff) that is nicer and more knowledgeable than the people at Dr. Andrew's office. I recommend them to everyone!
not a good experience - poor communication They are about a month out in making appointments. I waited a month to get an appointment. They did not call me for a reminder or send the patient paperwork they said they would send before the appointment. Finally, I call to verify when my appointment is and find out it is that day. When I was making the appointment and when I called a second time, I was not informed that they are not seeing patients that have traveled outside of the state the past 14 days. This is also not on their website. When I got to the appointment, I was informed that they would not see me because I saw my father two hours away for Father's Day. Communication at either point could have saved me the time from driving across town. Communication is key. Beware about their policy of which they do not inform you until you are at their office. They need to update their website to reflect this and communicate this to patients when scheduling appointments.
Dr. Andrews was very disrespectful. I specifically called to schedule a contact lens exam, waited about an month an a half, for them to perform the services they wanted. And basically refused to my services I initially scheduled. Then one young lady said this one piece of equipment is always acting up to bare with her. I don't think it was professional nor a accurate diagnosis. No recommendation will be coming from me. However, I would definitely tell anyone seeking eye treatment if you hear the name Dr. James W. Andrews to RUN FOR THE BORDER!!!
