I went in here for a cheap eye exam and glasses and walked out spending 700. Within 3 months these glasses that I thought had a \lifetime warranty\ started losing the Sworovski crystals that were on the frames. First it was one and then another... after awhile I went back into the store and the older guy proceeded to look through all the drawers and pull out crystals. I watched him replace the crystals using clear nail polish to hold them in... When I got home and looked at them I realized he had put in crystals that were completely different sizes and had nail polish on the frames... I then contacted the Manufacturer because i had registered my frames when they were purchased. (Caviar). They responded a few times asking questions and then I never heard from them. Then I went back to the store and told them that I all the crystals that were fixed fell out plus more. They said to contact Caviar, even though I had explained to them that they were not very responsive. I reached out to Caviar again and they said they were first closed for 2 months for the Summer and then they said they were closed 2 weeks because of COVID. They then proceeded to tell me that the frames only had a 2 year warranty, so even though I had reached out to them with the issue before the warranty expired, I didn't get them to fix it and now there is no warranty. I called 50 Eye Guy and the owner said sorry, nothing we can do (without even trying to reach out to Caviar) but said they would sell me another pair of glasses at a 30% discount. What a joke. Nice woman on the phone but will never spend another dime there and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place!

I used to visit another spot right down the road from this one but they were having call in robo exams nope not good for my troubled eyes with Astigmatism. Checked the reviews and decided to give my new go to local owned shop my business. First off they practice safety with temp readings at the door. I was able to be seen and check out a wide variety of frames which any picks that didn't make the cut was placed in a box to be dissenfected. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. All new tech so no dilation needed as well. My new Versace frames was much cheaper than online as well. Us Vietnamese love a good deal on the real. Customer for life especially after my 2nd visit to pick up my new glasses today. Color me impressed with the on point prices, safety measures to protect those with anxiety while trying to be careful and the service was how I would have wanted to be treated Golden. Support your local shops that support your Movement and Safety. Love my new Fam at 50 Dollar Eye Guy.

Awesome customer service! Entire staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment and the Dr. was very knowledgeable and efficient with his exam. Stephen was the rockstar of this visit though. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. He was patient and thorough with everything from helping me pick out frames to explaining the costs to me. His customer service is top notch! I highly recommend!

Very professional experience. Ms.Sue got me registered very nice also. Dr.H explained everything and was very knowledgeable and Steven helped me pick out some awesome glasses. Great place to go. Reasonable price and great customer service from everyone.
