This was a last minute booking and we knew what to expect going in. It's definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. In comparison to other surrounding hotels, it's considerably cheap. Overall was very clean and staff were friendly/helpful. It was outdated, and the mattress was pretty worn out. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay. There were balconies/patios in each room and a decent sized pool. We did not use it, so I can't attest to the condition. Seemed like many people that stayed here were working, or potentially on extended stays. We never had any concerns for safety, etc. Due to the bridge being out, it was about a 40 minute drive to Pensacola Beach and Navarre. Close to downtown and really close to the highway. No real complaints. No frills, comfortable, affordable hotel.

This is an old hotel and definitely looks it, but it was by far one of the nicest staffed hotels I’ve been to in years! We were slightly worried that by the look of the outside we would be looking for a new hotel the next day but pleasantly surprised by such a welcoming staff! Everything was very clean, just old and there were some fixes that were needed. The breakfast was the first hot breakfast we have had in hotel since COVID started and the server was fantastic! The coffee was not amazing but after 2 weeks in much higher priced hotels I was very shocked when it was the best coffee we had from a hotel!
The hotel itself is a bit sketchy but the staff more than make up for with their amazing attitude. From the front desk to the maintenance crew they were all cheerful and will to help with anything!
Check in was at 3. We get there, couldn’t check in. They were not done cleaning the room. Or so they say. So about 415 they said we could check in. So we were up there talking , debating on if we wanna stay there or find somewhere else because of the hassle. The assistant manager is very rude to women. I’m not sure what his problem was but he needs to get out of this business if he thinks he can talk to women any kind of way. When he seen my husband , he didn’t say anything else.
Clean, nice, friendly. Well kept. Not luxury but nothing old/damages in the room. TV is 32 inches I believe. (Moderate size) Internet works all day. Somewhat slower in the evening but I could work with it. Price/quality excellent.
The rooms are pretty clean and decent here. Spacious enough for a small family vacation. In the lobby area they have a pool table, foosball and pac man game for the kids or adults to enjoy. And a pretty decent selection in their vending machines! There are also a lot of nearby restaurants within 10 minutes of the hotel including a mall that’s about 10 minutes away. While this isn’t a 5-star hotel, the customer service here is a 10 out of 10. Samarrow is a gem! If you have the pleasure of interacting with her, you’ll see what I mean. The bartender, Micki (on Fridays & Saturdays at their bar) is awesome as well and makes great drinks!!! Make sure you give her a visit. Even the maintenance/janitor John, was amazing and hilarious as he cleaned, and in such a great mood! Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!!
Comfortable beds and rooms- clean. They do not serve breakfast here (unless you consider coffee and pop tarts as a breakfast). Hallways leading to our room smelled awful- we were in a non-smoking room but the hallways smelled of cigarettes. The gym is very limited to equipment and the machines where broken so you were left with a treadmill.
The worst Quality Inn I've ever stayed at! Beds very uncomfortable. Kids jumping off the walls above me all night. Terrible. I love Quality Inn and Suites. But this one is a no go!
