I am from Ohio and called RSI for an emergency. They saw me within hours. The entire staff was knowledgeable and caring. I received first rate testing and treatment. Dr Gupta was friendly and explained everything. I was extremely nervous to receive an injection in my eye, but he calmed my fears and was quick and skilled with the injection. I have read several reviews about the wait time. Yes, it was long. However, I have seen 3 retinologists in 3 different cities and this was the case in all of them. They don't know until they see a patient what tests they will need. Often patients have to wait for dilation. Emergencies, like mine, are commonplace. For these reasons, it's very hard to keep a schedule. I. for one, would gladly wait all day if it means they are saving my sight!

Dr Gupta is awesome. Sometimes a long wait but worth it.. After posting the previous line I read over other reviews . People complaining about the wait . Excellent care is worth the wait times .!.Don't plan your precious lunch date afterwards !

Friendly staff except for the tall guy. Dr Gupta was great. BUT I took away a star for each hour you will wait. As good as the doctor was, I PROMISE you, you will wait an average of 3 hours (- 30 minutes) because they intentionally overbook. All about the money, right? ;) Seriously, the overbook on purpose so they can get their numbers up. Major, major bottleneck. Staff—at least get a bigger seating area with more chairs. Ppl get tired of standing. Also get a better wireless network with some reach so we don’t have the signal disconnected or have the ability to connect. Thank you for the candy, water and coffee, though. Patients—be prepared to test your patience and wait a very long time. Also causes the Doc to be in a hurry, therefore you leave feeling a bit unsatisfied.
