Seen on time. Every test done with care and explanation. Dr. Terrezza is superb. No BS, just excellent analysis of current state of vision. Our 3rd year going here and will continue as long as it's open. Insurance claim explained up front. Staff are friendly and competent. What a great place!

I was referred to Terrezza Clinc from my primary care Dr.’ office due to a shingles virus in my right eye. I can say only good things about my treatment. All staff were caring, compassionate and very through. I see the Dr again this Friday. I felt confident about the plan of care. Dr. Terresa was through and funny. Made the painful situation put me at ease. I am new the the area and also needs new prescription for my glasses. I will use this Dr to do just that.
It was kinda of weird at first, because when me and my son walked in everyone was just looking at us. So I spoke and said. Hello. (All) said hello. And another asked if we had an appointment.. The girl who did my son’s exam was very nice, she was polite she offered us something to dink omg she was the best!! The doctor himself was awesome! He answer all of my questions.. We able to pick out some cute/cool pair of glasses or my son... Overall it was a great place, clean and easy to find... Thank guys!
Had an early morning (8:45 am) appointment. Both CSRs appeared to be on a call. It took a couple minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. Once they did both were very courteous. I was seen in a timely manner. The equipment they have to diagnose issues was very impressive. Both the Dr. and tech were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and friendly. Looking forward to getting my new glasses in and fitted.
Hands down the best optometrist in the NW FL area! I've been a patient of Dr. T's for 35 years and he and his staff have always taken excellent care of me. He's been a vital and an essential part of our Pensacola Downtown community for 40 years! Love love love him.
