I've never had a problem when going here. We know the pharmacist by name and there's never a line when I pick up my kids prescriptions. I'd defiantly recommend to friends and family.

They need to learn to check their computer for RX more often, mine was sent at 2:00pm. Get here at 6:09, says they just got it! Ha.. I know better! Then acts like I am bothering them when I said yes I would wait!

Oh no!! This the worst pharmacy ever!! No wonder no line almost all the time ! Too hassle to ring the bell every time u use drive thru. Many times once u drop your prescription they will tell u come back 2-3 hrs then when u come back you’re expecting my meds are ready but not still have to come back or wait more mins. Last time I drop my prescription it was only 11am they tell me to come back after 3 the lady said because they take they’re break @1:30 so they will close then when I came back like around 4pm they said it was not ready yet , same thing happened again come back at 12 still not ready. I don’t know never happened to me @ CVS or Walgreens I guess this is the last time I will drop my prescription here . Very bad customer service!! NO STAR for this pharmacy they don’t deserve any stars here!!!! Bad Bad Bad!!!!

For some reason this pharmacy couldn't get my prescriptions correct. I was told my prescriptions were cancelled the same day my doctor called them in to be refilled. I have used this pharmacy for awhile, but I find that the more new people that appear behind the counter, the lower the competency and customer service level drops. They really need to hire more knowledgeable staff.

Questionable Customer Service!! Pharmacist seems friendly and knowledgeable, too bad he has to work with incompetence at this level... not all but some of the assistants and techs behind the counter are suppressingly unprofessional considering their position. A little compassion, knowledge and a friendly disposition goes a long way.
