My wife and I received one of the most comprehensive eye exams in decades. Dr. Charbonneau is really THAT thorough. No, we didn't have petty issues with insurance or the number of prescriptions per year from the Doctor. We are very pleased.

Service is always good when I need a simple fix! This is where I originally got my prescription glasses!!!

Dr. Charbonneau and his staff are excellent! I recently had a rather lackluster experience at the first optometrist who prescribed my first pair of glasses. They did not 'fit' me for frames at all. I made it very clear that this would be my first experience wearing prescription glasses. Anyway...very poor service which is critical. It is not like having bad service at a restaurant. We are talking about your eye health. I was able to get contacts this visit and they are great! Dr. and Staff at WM Vision were impeccable, thorough, professional, and very nice. I live in MS and will probably return to Pensacola for my ongoing vision care. Great great great!

Take your buisness to the one on Fairfield. The doctor here doesnt obide by the same rules as the rest of them. Our insurance covers one exam every 2 years, so the perscription should last for that amount of time. This doctor only writes one year perscriptions which forces you to pay 110 for an exam after 1 year. I was told that he's known for doing this and no other optomotrist in the area does one year perscriptions. When i called to ask if he would extend my perscription i was very coldly told no, & thats just how they do things. Its just a scam to get more money, so i will be taking my buisness to the more honest eye doctor over on Fairfield instead.

My daughter setup an appointment with them. They did her eye exam without checking her insurance first, then told her they would not accept the insurance unless she was a Wal-Mart employee. This office took advantage of a young woman.
