Good people. Good service. Will go out of the way for you to ensure you get your packages out.
No attempt at delivery. Now I have to pick up at the depot, this is the second time I've had to pick up packages at the depot after no attempt at delivery after waiting at home all day. Wish Amazon gave you a choice of courier companies because I would not choose Purolator!
Drove our package around the area for 3 days before delivering it.
Although the office staff is great the drivers make no attempt to deliver. They drive right past our home, without even leaving a notice and we get a call the next day that no one was home even though there was. Then there’s a 30-45 minute wait at the depot for pick up. This has been happening for 2 years now. All other courier services manage to deliver .
