NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Car failed MOT on some basic items. Defects listed as advisories turned out to be serious when inspected having sought second opinion. Quoted over 500 for work completed for less than 300. What may appear to be a quality service to those who do not know better may leave you vehicle with misdiagnosed and dangerous underlying issues.

Firstly, I am not critising the people working at Penzance Autocentre. They were very helpful and efficient. However, having taken a day off work for an 8.30 appointment booked over the website, I turned up only to be told that the the front tyres I had ordered had not been delivered. Very disappointed that I hadn't been notified by Halfords so that at the very least, I could have changed my work schedule. Luckily, the Penzance team managed to sort the issue.
