Very helpful and knowledgeable owner, great selection of plants. Proper garden nursery not the usual garden centre. Bought some unusual exotic plants we can get at home. Well worth a visit.

This is a nursery not like your classic garden centre. It is tucked away and beautifully sheltered surrounded by lovely specimen trees. plants for sale are intermingled with stock plants and growing areas. You wander through different polytunnels and outdoor areas and simply have a good look. There will be a staff member or two about more than welcome to help or chat or simply leave you to it. Personally i like the approach it focuses upon spending time on the plants foremost. and its the plants that we want. The plants available vary greatly from gingerlilies and albitzias to lampranthus and fuchsias and so many more inbetween. Pot sizes vary from 9cm to bigger than i could measure and plants for indoors or out. I am always looking for something unusual. After working with plants for years i like the different or challenging species. This provided a good car full and could of more easily. Gorgeous selection of healthy plants. Friendly staff and lots of plants. Parking is easy in their own car park. they take card and will even deliver if you cant fit everything in your car. Not the cheapest nursery but not overpriced for the rarity of the plants. No toilets or cafe on site it is a nursery only.

Not like any garden centre or nursery I have ever been too. A little oasis off of the A30. Got exactly what I wanted and more. Great selection of weird and wonderful plants. Really good advice on what we bought and run by such a lovely couple. Worth a view.
