First time here, also first haircut in 10 months due to the lockdown! They managed to bring forward my appointment at really short notice, and were very friendly throughout. Great experience and I felt that they were focused on me, rather than just supplying someone with a haircut. The atmosphere was great, lots of energy, COVID precautions were good, and the Pugs were adorable. Fen did a wonderful job with my problematic fine hair and I came out looking so much better than when I went in. I also had a much needed laugh and chat. Thank you Fen and team...if they ever let us back out I’ll be back
