Tidier under new management. Modernizing slowly but surely, I lost 4.50 in one of their washers recently. forgot to go back and reclaim the money. I'm sure they would've refunded me without fuss.

First time I have ever visited Penzance Launderette and I have to say, I was impressed! Spotless and well maintained premises with really friendly and helpful staff. My washing smelt great too. I will definitely be returning again and will be recommending you to others too. Thank you for a great service.
(edit) I've changed the review as it's not fair to penalise you for the actions of a member of staff you've been nothing but kind and helpful every time I've come in i was just angered that both my partner and I had this issue we are friendly people and never seek confrontation. I didn't come in today with a bone to pick but ended up recieveing the same kind of treatment from the lady in question and ended up having an altercation which just bewildered me. Thanks for your reply I'll delete the review once you've seen the edit I just wanted it to be brought to your attention next time I'm in I'll say hi
