I'd hit a technical wall when my Google business website disapeared from the internet because of a technical problem between the site and the host. This was a very stressful situation for me. Nigel returned my call for help immediately and started on the job the next day. It was a fiddly job that required constant contact between us, sharing support tickets from hosts etc. Nigel was brilliant, he kept me updated throughout the process, calmed me down, professional, responsive and got the site back up and running.
