My husband had terrible toothache for ages and can't get on the bus list, so rang emergency on 0333........... and was given an appointment for 11 on Monday and hey presto tooth out, He said that the staff were amazing and very very polite. Thank you so much.

Very bad communications,,,, in fact, they don't answer the phone, or act on their answer machine messages. Once inside, staff were wonderful, extremely empathetic. Well done Christine & Florence - thank you.
