2 queues outside to get in. A staff member on the door controlling how many people in/out, she couldn’t increase her responsibility to also get folks to be in one queue. Mass confusion. Then a 30 min wait in the queue to use the Post Office as only one cashier was open while the other was loudly looking for 100 worth of missing stamps. Staff member was rude, explained curtly that Royal Mail & the Post Office are not the same thing following a general enquiry I had. No wonder folks are using online and other delivery services.

This branch in Penzance the staff here are just the most friendliness and so helpful as i was using the post office there was 2 elderly customers queuing up with a tissue covering there mouth as they forgot there masks. One of the staff from WHsmith kindly came over and offered them both some masks. Always very well organised and clean store. 10/10
Not often anyone to serve you just a self service machine. I prefer to have a member of staff look after me
Went in, couldn't find what I was after as a member of staff told me they don't stock the item. Stood and used there website, and ordered the item for next day delivery. Ignorant staff, they are the reason for the death on the high street.
Always a greatselection of magazines, they now have the post office at the back of the shop. Staff are always friendly
