Having had lymphedema now for over 10 years my wife trained in reflexology and then lymphatic drainage to help me with this issue. If you have lymphedema then this is a must treatment. Your leg or arm looks like it was before and helps the circulation and any swelling pains subside. My only trouble is she is now too busy and even I have to book!
