I wanted to take a second out of my day to say that calling PCB Insulators is always such a great experience because their appointment center manager, Cheyenne, is always so happy and cheery to speak with. You can literally hear her smiling through the phone. I spend all day long on the phone with clients and contractors alike, and a happy, friendly voice on the other end speaks VOLUMES for business. PCB, you got a good one.

I have used PCB Insulators for a variety of projects. I first met them when they did a thermostat install for me through the Ameren Program. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I hired them back when I had an unfortunate sump pump issue this fall. I am looking at renovating my house and look forward to giving them a call to get a quote on their Spray Foaming.

PCB Insulators went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a defective thermostat. They installed a Nest thermostat which was part of an Ameren program to distribute smart thermostats. Everything was working when they left, but failed due to a faulty unit on Friday evening. Without going into detail, my problem was a manufacturer issue and a replacement part was days out. PCB came out and installed a \loaner\ Nest, checked the thermostat and furnace wiring, and got me up and running again so my home would have heat and be safe while waiting for the replacement unit to arrive.

I absolutely recommend this company and product. Our home has a heating/cooling duct that actually runs outside the home in the roof of a porch. It was completely uninsulated. Even though we are avid do-it-ourselfers we decided to have this job done professionally with spray foam. Jim Casey from PCB Insulators was very professional. He explained all aspects of the work PCB would do and answered all of our questions. They did a great job. They were punctual, tidy, and cleaned up the work area afterwards. The best part is the difference we feel inside the home: on hot muggy days it's noticeably cooler inside. Great job! Would highly recommend.
