We used Pepine Realty to sell our home before moving out of state. Our agent, Andy, was outstanding. He was always responsive, professional and courteous of our time. He helped handle all the pictures, private viewings and the inspection and appraisal. With two young children, pets in the home, and a very specific moving date, he made the process as easy as it could have been, and was able to get us a great offer and value for our home. He worked around our crazy schedules and always made sure that we were comfortable with the timing of all showings. Pepine Realty has many resources to help provide excellent customer service and to make every step of the selling process as seamless as possible.
