Love this barn... One of my horses has lived happily here for over 15 years! He enjoys the large pastures and consistent care; while I love all the amenities which include: a park-like setting, heated lounge, indoor arena, outdoor arena, lesson program and access to trails. Additionally, I appreciate that the owner is always looking for ways to improve this already great place!

I’ve had my horse at Pepper Oaks for about 7 months now and I absolutely love this barn! The people are amazing and my horse is incredibly happy and well cared for! The barn owner is great about listening to the boarders and seeing what could be improved and acting on it. The barn has a wonderful atmosphere, everyone is nice and encouraging! This barn is very active, they hold schooling shows as well as travel to shows all the time and they have two wonderful on site trainers! The barn has miles and miles of surrounding trails that are easily accessible (even in the winter). This is a wonderful barn for lessons and boarding!

They always say that sometimes you must lose something to gain something. During my weight loss journey, I promised myself I would do something for me. I lost over 200lbs and found my Self in Ace. But in order to bring Ace “Home” I had to find a home. I found that in Pepper Oaks. I was new to the “horse world and to be honest All I wanted was to build a connection with Ace, and not have a care in the world while at the barn. The Owner, Lori, is amazing. She is just not a barn owner, but she really helped shape me into the person I became at the barn. She helped me see things inside of me, I never knew I could do. If you want a place where you are NOT judged for not knowing horses or “showing them”, then this is the barn for you. My Ace was treated so well here even long after I know longer have him, I still find myself driving by dreaming of the day I can afford to re-live this dream all over again. This place may have mud, but what place doesn’t? I will tell you this. Not all places have that “family” feeling. Not all places smell like home. Pepper Oaks is where the heart is, not just for me, but for a lot of horse lovers, new, old, past & present. Only you now can make Pepper Oaks ur future…..

For the past year my daughter and I have both taken lessons at Pepper Oaks. I cannot say enough good things about it! The staff and horses are wonderful, and we have both had fun and grown in our riding skills. Not only that but they have a very nice facility with large outdoor arenas and an indoor. There is a great sense of family with all the staff, boarders, and students as well which is cultivated through fun social opportunities throughout the year. This has been such a great experience for us! Nothing beats seeing your child gain confidence, grow into their skills, and make best friends both human and equine. Also let’s be honest a little self care aka time with horses does wonders for adults too. You should have no hesitation making this your next barn home for yourself, your horse, or a child in your life who loves horses.

We've had a great experience with Pepper Oaks. We have our own small barn and horses but were seeking a jumper to lease for high school equestrian team. Lori and Erin welcomed us into their barn family immediately, and my daughter became a working student for Erin for the summer, which was filled with new opportunities at big and small shows near and far and lots of fun and spirited teamwork. Lori and Erin offered creative ideas for leasing, but they ended up helping us turn our own horse into a darling Hunter prospect. Lori is an involved, knowledgeable, and ambitious owner... She is continually making improvements to the facilities and property. We love the outdoor jumping and dressage arenas. She offers a wide variety of services and learning opportunities, always with the best interests of the clients and horses in mind. Erin is a hoot, and she has experience in nearly every riding discipline. She has had a class A education in the industry and really enjoys bringing young and old into the sport. Very helpful and encouraging to her students. All the POEC staff do a great job supporting riders and horses of all disciplines. Fun and beautiful place!
