Visited this branch after so many years, since 2010 due to my job nature I was out of country ,
Had a very bad experience ,,
It's my bad ,I was not aware of timing for deposit ,
And I went 5 mins to 4 in the evening,
One of the teller informed me that no more deposits after 3:30pm,
And I changed my mind to come back next day ,mean while I was enquired about the deposit limits without pan card, that time the one who handling cashier section willing to take my deposit ,I filled the deposit slip and waiting right upfront of the cashier counter, that time one gentleman ( he seems like a gentleman but he really not ) took my passbook from that cashier person and and started murmuring with a longggg face ,I noticed it and I asked him ,
He said after 3:30 why you making deposit ,and I replied to him ,,that I was about to leave but one of your colleague is willing to take my deposit,
That's the reason I am standing right front of you, he didn't listen to me and saying something within his mouth ,,which is made me upset ,
It's very embarrassing and being in this same customer service I don't expect this kind of attitude from that person, I didn't expect apologize from him ,I am still feeling bad for people who are all holding account in this branch and facing him everyday with his attitude, his name is SUBASH KUMAR or SURESH KUMAR ,(I am not sure about his name ,but he looks like north Indian, I am not racist though ,just used this phrase for identity )
I will visit this branch soon to close my account, very annoyed service ,
Will try to register a complaint with the manager too ,,
