Worst kind of service. Very poor in all aspects... be it delivery of package or handling the customer. You can't get a decent piece of information from them, if they attend their phone, which they never seem to do. Packages are delivered 3 days late. And your packages will be handled recklessly. Its better if you prefer any other service. Anything but KPN. #lessonlearnt
