1st of all your service centre is under terms and conditions of HONDA. If any issue with any HONDA 2wheeler vehicle then it is also ur responsibility/to do service to make it rite. I brought a bike at other honda showroom, there was a battery complaint and need to be replaced under warranty. They asked me to enquiry with the showroom where I brought the bike and they will not change battery under warranty if brought in other HONDA showroom.Post raising complaint with HONDA customer service then they called me again and got the docs to process for battery change. 2nd thing ur showroom/service centre need to understand that this company is not governed by VALLALAR, this is HONDA, U got franchise. Kindly work according to the terms and conditions of HONDA.
