Ordered 73 bottle of perfume, 53 bottle arrived. Complained, replacement posted out but the same wrong item turned up again. Complained again, chap on phone said that the shelf in the factory had been stocked with the wrong item, and he assured me that he had the correct item and had passed it on to the depot manager to post to me urgently. Same wrong item arrived once again. Now have 3 bottles of the wrong perfume. Would have gave 1 star, but the staff were pretty friendly, (except the outsourced out of hours customer care). Doubt I would use again as I need a reliable service. Present was for my wife’s birthday which has now passed.
