This was by far the best car purchase experience that I have ever had. We purchased a car from Perillo at the beginning of February 2021 and the process was so easy. Our sales rep, Rudy Guerrero was professional, pleasant, efficient and handled the transaction with skill and ease. The entire process was done virtually; we discussed the car and viewed it through FaceTime, all paperwork was sent over night and the delivery of the car took place in one week. The car was exactly as we expected and we received a nice welcome packet with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this car dealership and Rudy specifically to handle any car buying needs.

I recently purchased a 2018 MB GLC 43 from Perillo Downers Grove. I spoke with Robert W. and we communicated for a few days online and via email. When I was comfortable I decided to move forward and make the drive from Cleveland, Oho to Downers Grove to view the car. Well I think I’ve found my go to dealership for cars. The lot is full of awesome exquisite cars. Robert W. Happily showed me my car as well as walking me around the lot. It was like looking at cars with a friend, there was zero pressure or a sales pitch to purchase. He was VERY personable and accommodating. All of these guys were a breath of fresh air!! If only EVERYONE in sales could be as honest, down to earth and personable as Perillo!!! THANK YOU FOR MY BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!! And I have had MANY!! They recognized I was primary military and thanked me for my service. Everyone from owner to manager to finance to sales made this a memorable experience!!!! :-))))

I came into Perillo Downers Grove looking for a automobile that was sexy, reliable, and a good fit for my budget...and Ismail made it happen. At no point did I feel pressured; oversold or not heard. Ismail listened to what I needed...and acted in a consulting capacity vs “salesy.” I’ve sold cars before, so I know a great experience when I have one. And THIS was a great, stress free experience. Also, wanted to mention the great care I also received from Ibrahim Ramulic re: review of my closing documents...he answered all my questions patiently ...and he even made me laugh while signing all of that paperwork. Kudos Perillo for having a team that really understands how to care for a client.
