I've been to this location for two children and had exceptional experiences both times. Dr. Mirabile was funny, friendly, thorough, and professional. He presented information VERY CLEARLY and kindly & directly answered my questions. I've always had enjoyable experiences here. Thank you to the entire team. I was prepared for a 2 hour appointment in a reminder email/text or on the website so there were no surprises there. I'd highly recommend this location!!

Very rude and unprofessional Attitude on front desk. They have no respect for people’s time. It was my first time. They put me in waiting room for more than an hour and forget about me until I reminded them By going to front desk. Then they put me on bed to wait for doctor for another hour. The total 15 minute process of ultrasound took three hours of waiting. The moment i left the office, all staff members were gone except one nurse who was ready to leave. I had people came after my appointment but I couldn’t see any of those. Not sure how do they handle appointments. I clearly mentioned my doctor that i will never prefer to go again over there.

Great experience today! I was called in about 5 minutes before my appointment to get my vitals then I was seeing baby within 15 minutes. Victoria was great and got some good pictures! Everyone here at the Mercy location was very kind and efficient.

I wish I could give zero stars! Wish I could have this doctor make an appointment with me and then have him or her waste 2 hours of their day waiting on me. Seriously no respect for the fact people have to work and can’t spend the entire day at your leisure. To the doctor of 321 fix your scheduling you have no decency. Have some consideration. I’m writing this at 1 hour 20 minutes past my appointment. Only benefit to this doctor is the fact I have so much time to write reviews! If you have another option please please use it! Join me in my life long goal of destroying the reputation of 321 perinatal!

I went here for both my 14 wks and 20 wks ultrasounds sounds during the pandemic. I was totally prepared to spend 2 hours waiting in my car (as they weren’t letting people in the waiting room until your room was ready). However, I was pleasantly surprised to get in 5 minutes before my appt time. They were quick, friendly and efficient. Very happy! I do recommend getting early morning appts if you want to get in and out quickly. Update: HIGHLY recommend asking to schedule as early as possible. I ended up going at 28 wks and will go back every week starting at 32wks because my daughter has a big head and will likely end up in a c section and they’ve always gotten me in and out quick. But I’m talking prior to 8:30am appts!
