Although my first appointment was a bit overwhelming, I love my doctor she is very informative and the emails are pretty quickly answered. Normally don’t have a problem with the wait time, at least no worse than any other doctors I see. My only complaint is that my husband, or any other family/ visitor, isn’t allowed to come in with me. Which is because of covid. But they do allow you to have them on a video call if you want. Over all great experience here. (First appointment I was by myself and had to answer a lot of questions as the tech did the ultrasound , which I just wanted to watch without being bombarded with questions. I received a lot of information so I felt a bit overwhelmed, but every appointment after that has been great.)

Super annoyed with this facility. They are worried about the face covering that I wear yet their office, restrooms, waiting room, etc are disgustingly dirty & smell! They are so worried about Covid that they would rather force me to wear the mask they choose than the mask I brought with me. Their sign said to have my nose & mouth covered. Which it was, very unconstitutional to say I cannot continue on with my appointment. This virus has made people not use their brain. If you go to for anything, I feel sorry for you! I won’t be back!

Absolutely terrible experience with this office. The wait time was over an hour but that wasn’t the worst part. Once I did get into the office for the visit, the entire staff was extremely rude. They treated me like just another number to be shoved through the system instead of a human. The front desk staff hardly talked or even smiled and the tech was irritable and grouchy. She pretty much just barked out orders and sighed loudly in irritation when I kindly asked her if she could tell me the gender of the baby. I have been to multiple doctors appointments in my lifetime and I have never experienced anything like this. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nobody deserves to be treated that way!

As a Healthcare provider myself, I would think someone there would go over my notes and look over my case every once in a while and act like they're giving me comprehensive thorough care. Nope! I get the same questions week after week as if I'm walking into a fast food chain and am just another claim to bill, not a person that they're truly trying to take care of. And it's apparently MY responsibility to check if they received my emails, if they are going to change my medication, if they've scheduled my appointments, and basically if they are doing their jobs. The only reason I continue to go here is because it's where my OB referred me to.
