First of all to all people looking to go to this dealership using google maps, please dont go. The location shown on map is absolute blunder. You'll end up in the middle of a forest like place with no much options to go. It is nowhere near the actual ford dealership which is almost 5 kms away from this shown location. Secondly it is Kairali ford and not Aly ford. Kairali ford which is just for a time being and is currently processing under Kairali ford Thrissur. From my experience Id give a 1star.

Very good overall experience with Aly ford. They gave the best of offers compared other dealers and were true to their commitments. I have never even visited the showroom. They managed everything on call/online and delivered the vehicle home. They even surprised me with additional accessories. If you are looking for a Ford car, I recommend this dealer.

Recently I had some part replaced from here for my Figo, while am driving back from there, I got a call from Ford India, there is an offer running for spares and labour charges till March 31 for your car, and it's available in every Ford dealership access India, I was wondering why they didn't mention at the time of billing, did they do intentionally or are they really Ford authorised dealer?
Completely disappointed I made a booking and asked for refund the accounts is not receiving my call at all around 30 times I called. And I send complaints to ford India they told me they are also not responsible.
