Very bad service at perinthalmanna. Two times they returned my goods stating wrong pin (with out even a call / mail / sms) why they are accepting consignment if the pin is outside delivery area???

Worst courier service provider in Perinthalmanna. There are no delivery boys to get your parcels. Never picks up the phone, and once they do, when we call up next time to check on they switch it off. Twice they send my parcel back, and I had to get it with lot of effort. Worst response from the staffs, and they never maintain their system properly too, which makes us difficult to track it. Never recommend their service.

Awkward service I’ve ever seen in my life and bad customer service. During the time of enquiry the person who are from Perinthalmanna branch was so irresponsible and have lack of respect to the customers. Never ever gonna deal with Blue Dart in my life. Good bye BLUE DART and once again asking thank u for your awful service

I have my orders held on in their place for more than a week now , and they lied saying am not available , had to call for resghudle and still didn't receive my TWO orders . Losers and liers .
