Irresposible and careless staffs. I went to Perinthalmanna branch Malappuram for transferring my account and everything was clear from my side and the other side of the branch in Hyderabad. They delayed the mail of request and that made me cancel the transfer..again not ready to accept my dad's new account..asking us to pay 1000 for some insurance..and vague in their actions ..seems like they don't know anything...bad customer support by Perinthalmanna Branch ..there was no option other than one star because zero is not available.

Worst staff service..I went to submit documents relating to zero balance a/c for activation.They returned me back telling staffs were absent and told me to come next day. The next day also they returned me telling site was down.( after waiting 30mins in queue).
