The food is good. I had an Egg Puffs and is one of the best ones I've ever had. Hot and crisp. The wash is a bit congested for a hospital. The management could do a better job in the washroom.

Some people here are commenting about Moulana Hospital. This is all about the hospital canteen not about the hospital. Moulana Hospital is good and famous for its best treatment. But the hospital canteen is useless and not suitable for such a good hospital. I have been regularly visiting this canteen for more than 5 years. I am not at all happy with their service. Poor supervision. Suppliers do not take care of customers. Most of the suppliers stand in a corner talking to each other or playing with their mobiles while customers are sitting waiting for someone to come and take order. Many times I had to sit more than 10 minutes waiting but nobody attended. I have seen many customers getting angry and walking out because of their irresponsible attitude. Many customers who come to the hospital avoid this canteen and go to the nearby Sargam Restaurant where they get better service. Attitude of the management of this canteen is: "If you want wait for our convenience. Otherwise you go. We do not need you. You are in need of us". Nowadays, even in the government offices, we are treated better than this. This Canteen urgently needs a good supervisor who can manage every thing. Let these people remember that customers are valuable assets, So, attract them instead of earning their hatred.

This place is good. Food is very fresh. But the mode of serving food, methodology of the canteen's working is kind of bit odd and old. There is no proper order for anything, it's mostly a rush in between the customer rush, which makes it difficult. An average rush will cause a huge time delay in getting ordered food as well as parcels. The plates and glasses used seems to be washed well, but the way they looks doesn't provide that guarantee, which impacts severely as they are not just an ordinary canteen but also the part of a big hospital.
