They are not at all attending my calls. The receipt had airway bill number instead of consignment number. So I could not track it. I tried calling them several times on different days and they never attended my phone calls. The phone was either busy or not responding.

Only name is professional. services are unprofessional. I had bank related documents shown with home address and delivery. They asked to collect from office for its delivery part. When checked with bank, they also were clueless to sort the issue with "Professional" couriers. The person attended the call also spoke with authority not to deliver to home address, not sure why companies tie up with such "Un"Professional couriers

The delivery system is good but the perinthalmanna branch office is very poor service they are not delivering and as per the scheduled time making unnecessary delay, they are making bluffing excuses. So poor
