I’m just coming back down to Earth after the most wonderful massage from Lisa yesterday evening. It was the first time I’ve been to In Motion Therapy and I will definitely be back! Lisa put me at ease immediately (her home-based treatment room is thoughtfully set up to feel more like a spa so it’s impossible not to!). I had an Indian Head Massage which was simply blissful, followed by a bespoke Hot Stone Massage, which she tailored intuitively and confidently to my needs. She even gave me a taster of the Bamboo Massage to see what I thought (it was great!). Lisa is very knowledgeable and passionate about adapting treatments to suit each client, which is exactly what I felt I needed. I left feeling physically and emotionally more relaxed, I had the best night’s sleep in months, and my muscles are much happier today too. Thank you Lisa!

I literally can’t recommend Lisa highly enough! Amazingly talented in her field but also a really lovely person who listens attentively and tailors the massage exactly to your needs. I have had a full body massage and also a hot stones massage since recently discovering this local gem and look forward to my next visit already!

Get a massage done here!! Lisa was attentive, and tailored my massage to exactly what I needed. I’m a pretty bad sleeper and the following week, I slept so deeply. Highly highly recommended

Amazing lady . Very relaxing hot stone massage . I went for my siatica and i cant reccomend Lisa highly enough. I also had Indian head massage that helped with my tmjd. I will definitely be a regular at in motion therapy
