My appointment was scheduled for 10:15. I was there for the results of my lab work. I had to wait for over 1 hour. The office manager finally asked if I would like to see the nurse practitioner.

Customer service is par at best. No one ever answers phone. Their COVID practice is tons of signs on door, don’t answer phone, wait in hot sun etc...,think twice about making this your doctors office unless you enjoy never being seen by the actual doctor...
