GREAT attorney, my family went through one of the toughest times of our lives throughout the past year, and thank God for such an amazing attorney as Brian Perry. Very compassionate and very pleasant. Prior to Brian, I worked with a different attorney for over a year (who will remain unnamed). This other "attorney" didn't move the needle on our case, except requesting 9-10 continuances for no good reason. In fact, it got so bad that this individual ended up costing one of my family members 1 full week of freedom due to the initial attorneys personal basic incompetency... While that attorney will remain unnamed, they won't be forgotten as we are filing a complaint with the board of ethics & regulation. As far as attorney Brian Perry -- we had an extremely favorable solution to our case within 3 weeks of Brian picking up the case. Seeing him at work was magic, I kid you not. Highly recommended!!! Attorney Perry was retained to defend a family member who found himself in a very serious legal quagmire. He had made a mistake without considering the legal implications of his actions. Attorney Perry was highly recommended by a friend in law enforcement. From the outset, Brian was blunt and clear about what might and might not happen. He clearly outlined all legal options and explained that his past experience as a prosecutor allowed him the insight to predict likely outcomes. Over the course of the judicial process (over a year), it became very clear that Brian's experience, credibility within the legal community (to include the DA's office), and genuine wish to help his client were all factors that ultimately led to a surprisingly favorable outcome in court. While I cannot speak to others' experiences with Attorney Perry, I can confidently state that I don't believe that there is another attorney in Central PA that could have negotiated such a favorable outcome for my family member.
