Terribly rude customer service. They can't be bothered to help anyone and just sit behind the counter wasting the day away. Every person I've spoken to about it has had similar experiences. Not good.

Jake was employee who helped me. He was so busy. He was very polite and friendly. While helping me he would greet other customers coming in by saying Hi and will be with you as quick as I can. Which was nice. From when I arrived, waited my turn, got my new phone was almost 2 hours. My phone charger port was defective. He kept saying we will get it charged as he tried almost every charger in store before one would connect. Was very reassuring he knew your product. So when all finished he wanted to explain some of the features. I said let me take it home and come back in couple days. He kept saying he would explain it now. By this time he had 5 customers behind me. I said no help them i will return in a few days. Good employee he is. All I remember name was Jake.
