Nice place 1st time there, the people were friendly and they got my coffee right. I asked for one sugar and they made it perfectly not too sweet

What a horrible Dunkin!!!! All I asked for was a bacon egg and cheese croissant with extra crispy bacon. Watched her just throw the regular non crispy bacon on and tell me it was already crispy. All she had to do was just microwave it a few more seconds. Instead she would just rather give me my money back instead of making it right. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!
Bottom line for this location is clear. Look at the ice to coffee ratio. They couldn't fit anymore ice in here if they tried!
They don't offer mobile ordering and the lobby is closed at the Perryville location, so this means you have to sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes to get anything.
Wow! They make the best coffee ! You wouldn't think it would be different at a chain, but... try going to the disaster in North East!
