Experience was very fast and easy. I got exactly what I wanted and the manager answered all my questions about my new Apple Watch before I purchased it. Definitely will be going back for future devices as long as she is there.

I want sure about getting a phone or switching services. I spoke with Brittney at the Perryville store. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I want sure if I wanted to get one that day so she gave me a write up of the exact costs and what to expect in the first few months. Great customer service from her and I even got a new IPhone 12!! I went back to get a screen cover and phone case and the sevice was just as good the second time. Don’t think I’ll go away from Verizon now.

I called and spoke with Courtney and she had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was rude on the phone and said I couldn’t come in to upgrade my phone because “it would take too long” and “she wasn’t going to stay after an extra hour”. Will not be giving this location my money based on her service alone.
