Very disappointed to say my sister in law to be booked an appointment at this shop, when they found out there was going to be 7 of us ( which was put in the original request for an appointment) they emailEd back to say they were cancelling the appointment as they only like to have 4 guests so it doesn’t ruin the experience for the bride. Now having got married myself surely it’s the brides decision....and before an answer appears we have looked at the pictures on the website and don’t believe it’s because of lack of space. Anyways she has managed to find another shop very close by that has said the more the merrier and have been very accommodating and seem very friendly....wish we had read the reviews first but glad in a way they cancelled her appointment

I visited a number of bridal shops before going to Jessica Lyn Brides and felt that it was the first shop that provided a very personable and professional experience. The appointment was one on one so I had Lyn's 100% attention. This was also the first shop that stocked in a range of sizes - Lyn had a number of gowns which I could really try on - a lot of shops only stock mainly size 10 or 12 - which is okay but it is nice to see a dress on and done up (I'm a size 16). I wasn't sure what to expect with regards to price, but was pleasantly surprised, I found it to be very reasonable. The service received was brilliant, I found Lyn so friendly and helpful. Carol who made alterations on my dress did a great job and was so patient. Thank you Jessica Ley Brides!!
A beautiful shop with stunning gowns. Lyn was patient and offered a great deal of help without being pushy. It was lovely to have a 1 on 1 appointment, I have previously been in a shop where there were 2 other brides and it just wasnt as special for me. There was a great range of dresses - even the sale dresses were gorgeous. a really luxurious experience and setting. I would advise any friends to go here too!
The proprietor failed completely to listen to what my daughter was asking for and repeatedly showed dresses that were of a similar shape. We got the impression that \we\ were not her type of bride. Suffice to say it was not the shopping experience we'd hoped for. That said her assistant was charming.
Everything about my experience was amazing. From the moment you arrive the shop is like no other, its beautiful. The service and level of attention Lyn gives her brides is exactly what every women dreams of. Lyn has an amazing collection of which she is happy for her potential brides to try once she has an idea of what they are looking for she offers guidance and knowledge of her collection as she gets to know you on and 121 basis. Lyn always done all she could to make sure i was 100% happy with my dress ready for my big day... i was over the moon, my dress felt like it was worth a million pounds! book an appointment, visit Lyn you will not be disappointed!
