Our second hand treadmill which served us well recently started to have some issues. Northwick Associates have been excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. Diagnosis of the issues was via a remote engineer option which was really straightforward. Once the problem was identified they responded quickly with unbiased advice and quotes as to the best option. We opted to trade in our old treadmill. The new treadmill arrived today and was installed by Northwick. They were brilliant. All sorted in just over a week! Thank you Jon, Alison and the team at Northwick Associates.

I cannot express how helpful Bryn has been! I sent an email to ask if anyone could help me with finding the right power cable for my treadmill & i half expected not hear anything back. Bryn contacted me within 24 hours & was so helpful & thorough even though I hadn't bought my treadmill through this company, and Bryn wasn't trying to sell me anything either. We’ve got a 12 year old exercise bike and the drive belt was falling apart. Northwick were excellent. Using the remote engineer option we easily checked what the problem was and got an easy quote so we knew it was worth fixing instead of replacing and old bike. The parts came with help and advice, with videos, on how to fit it myself and lubricate and check the bike over. I’m averagely good at stuff like this, but Northwick made it really easy to be confident at doing it myself. Kept the costs down and the bike is working nicely again.

I would strongly recommend this service to anybody needing help with gym equipment repairs. We got the video call booked within a couple of days, and the call itself was straightforward.....a few background questions and straight into diagnostics. They identified the issue quickly and shipped a replacement part which I opted to fit myself, though they do offer an engineer service. Definitely worth giving these guys a call before reaching for a replacement treadmill/bike/cross-trainer.

Outstanding use of innovative technology! After man years and many miles, my trusted treadmill was in need of repair. Northwick were prominent on the search engines, so I made contact and was offered a free Remote Engineer session. The Remote Engineer session utilises your phone camera recording functions and along with an intuitive interface, you record responses to questions asked by an virtual engineer. These recorded actions determine the fault of my treadmill and Northwick team provided me with various quotes to fix my treadmill, from interactive engineers session to good old fashioned engineer visits. Suffice to say, I'm was blown away with the whole experience and am running again!

Jon and his team at Northwick were able to help me with an issue with my treadmill. I was able to diagnose the issue with a virtual session with Jon who was very responsive, professional and informative. This led to a visit from one of their engineers which was prompt, professional and fixed the issue in a safe timely manner in the current pandemic. The communications and responsiveness from Northwick is what I would expect from good customer service. I would recommend Northwick to anyone every time.

Very good service. Harry called ahead to say he was on his way. Fixed a new belt to our York treadmill machine within the hour and left the area clean and tidy. Very pleased to have the machine up and working again.
