Dianes' classes are a joy, she makes everything look so easy and her spoken instructions are very clear. You are gently encouraged to go just that little bit further each time and I am amazed at how much I have improved in such a short time. I started about five weeks ago and have managed to attend 4 or 5 classes via "Zoom" in that time. I can already feel the benefits of increased flexibility and can see my body firm up. Being able to participate in an Online Pilates class during lockdown is a joy and really helps remove the stress and constant anxiety brought on by this pandemic. Thank you so much.

I started pilates classes on-line with Diane Kay about four weeks ago. I am already feeling stronger and my exercises are improving with every class. Diane gives me individual and detailed instructions if I don't get it quite right. I am looking forward to the next class. Highly recommended!
Diane’s classes at Revolution Pilates are great fun and very welcoming! She provides professional endless enthusiasm whilst still maintaining personal attention to your alignment and technique in a group environment. I have found this has helped me tremendously with my posture, flexibility, mobility, and improved my core strength; really enjoyable and highly recommended!
I attended a few Pilates sessions with Diane at Revolution Pilates whilst recovering from a shoulder injury (came off my bike! ) She helped me build up my flexibility to help restore shoulder strength in the affected muscles and also improve my posture. She is very professional and knowledgeable about good posturing and ensuring safe and effective training!
I went to a fantastic Pilates class with Diane which I found so inspiring and helpful to me as it has been a long time since I last did any exercise. Diane 's approach to teaching is excellent, she is professional, patient and understanding of everyone's needs. She has a lovely bubbly personality and a real enthusiasm for exercise which she passes on to everyone she teaches. I highly recommend!
