Ref Pershore Sorting Office re parcels. Postman never knocks the door but leaves a card for you to collect a parcel! Parcels that DO NOT require a signature are NOT left with a neighbour or a safe place. And yet the sorting office now NOT open in hours to accommodate the people that are still working during this pandemic, I.e. moved from 7am to 8am opening time? Ridiculous and awful service! To be honest I wouldn’t have given the 1 Star!

Ref. Pershore Sorting Office. I went to pick up a parcel for my wife today at just gone 12 midday. If the postman had bothered to knock on the door at 8.16 am the previous day to ask us to sign for the parcel we would have done it, as we were both at home! So, sorting office open from 7am to 9am....REALLY?? The \missed\ delivery card clearly states open from 7am to 1pm as does the website, no mention anywhere of reduced hours until you waste time and fuel to get there because someone wasn't doing their job properly in the 1st place. The chap I spoke to in the yard was apologetic and pleasant which helped but really Post Office, get your act together, there is a lot of competition out there.
