I had zero experience or knowledge in the field of personal injury lawyers. I took a shot in the dark and decided to pick based on reviews. Joseph Lipsky and team was very responsive to my case and kept me well informed about the progress they were making on my behalf even through the obstacles of the pandemic. I was worried how to handle this situation. Once Joseph Lipsky and team took over, they communicated with me step by step how the process works. Jessie one of the legal assistants was a pleasure to work with. I asked tons of questions and she took her time and explained everything to me. They will go the extra mile for you! I would recommend this law group to family and friends.

On Feb.17, 2017 I was riding my scooter to the gym in Naples, FL when I was hit by a car at a 4 way stop in a residential neighborhood. The driver stopped, asked if I wanted her to take me to the hospital and then left without leaving her insurance, name, or contact information. Within the first week of my hospitalization, we contacted Joseph Lipsky and he agreed to represent me. I spent the 2 months following the accident in the hospital and in a rehab center. Meanwhile, Mr. Lipsky quickly tracked down a witness who arrived at the scene after the accident but before the driver left the scene. Over the next 16 months Mr Lipsky not only found the car and subsequently the driver, but also sent an investigator to Canada to get a video statement from the witness. On May 23, 2018, exactly 450 days since my accident, Joe Lipsky successfully settled the case in my favor with a significant financial settlement. This was a very unusual and difficult case and looking back the difference in getting a positive resolution was Joseph Lipsky. I don't know if another atty would have been as successful. He really 'pulls out all the stops' on his clients behalf and along the way educated me on how the process of personal injury litigation works. He's tough, smart, and teaches his clients how to respond in all aspects of the process. His staff, especially Sandy are terrific and really take care of all the paperwork. I'd pick Joe over anyone else in Florida who needs an atty in a personal injury case.
